We've built the technology. Now we want more businesses using it. This is one of our first dedicated sales roles and a genuine opportunity to help build the commercial side of Sender Registry almost from the beginning. You will not be inheriting somebody else's sales machine. You will be helping us create it.

About Sender Registry

Sender Registry is a business email intelligence network. We help businesses spot suspicious senders, impersonation and fraud before anyone clicks, replies or pays.

Sender Registry started with one simple problem: watching family members get fooled by increasingly convincing fake emails. That idea has grown into a network where one person spotting a threat can help protect everyone else using it. We're still early and still small but we're building quickly. That makes this an exciting time to join us and means the people we hire now will have a genuine role in shaping what Sender Registry becomes.

What our intelligence actually covers

Most security tools look at one email in isolation. We correlate the whole picture, across things including:

Business Watch turns this into continuous monitoring across suppliers, executives, brands and lookalike domains. Our API and webhooks let technical customers wire our intelligence straight into their own tools. This is the technology you'll be selling and yes, you'll end up genuinely good at explaining all of it.

The opportunity

We're looking for an exceptional Technical Sales Executive who can turn Sender Registry's technology into customers, recurring revenue and real market growth.

You'll own the entire new-business journey. Research. Prospect. Engage. Discover. Demonstrate. Qualify. Negotiate. Close. You'll create opportunities rather than wait for them and speak with business owners, IT leaders, MSPs, CISOs, CIOs, CTOs and finance leaders who will each bring a very different level of technical knowledge to the conversation. Above everything else, you'll be here to win customers, build relationships and generate revenue.

The word technical matters. Cybersecurity buyers ask difficult questions about DMARC alignment, DNS configuration, compromised supplier accounts and how Sender Registry works alongside their existing security stack. You don't need to be an engineer, SOC analyst or penetration tester but you do need to be comfortable when the conversation becomes technical. When a customer asks how Sender Registry fits alongside their existing security stack, you should want to work out the answer yourself rather than hand the question to somebody else. You'll have the curiosity to understand what you're selling and the ability to turn that knowledge into a clear and compelling reason for a non-technical finance director to act:

What is the risk? Why should I care? What could it cost us? How does Sender Registry help? Why should we act now?

What you'll get to know really well

You'll already be familiar with some of this and genuinely excited to learn the rest:

We do not expect you to know all of this on day one. We do expect you to want to.

What you will own

What winning looks like

We're a growth company so activity matters but what really matters is where that activity leads. Prospecting starts conversations. Great conversations create opportunities. Strong opportunities become customers and customers create recurring revenue.

We'll look at the accounts you engage, the decision-makers you speak with, qualified opportunities, demonstrations, pipeline growth, conversion rates, new customers, recurring revenue and the accuracy of your forecasts. Building strong numbers takes more than making lots of calls. It takes smart targeting, thoughtful follow-up, technical confidence and the judgement to understand what matters most to each prospect.

Activity gets things moving. Customers and revenue are what move us forward.

Who we're looking for

Someone who combines technical curiosity with a genuine appetite for the chase. You're ambitious about the opportunity without ever being pushy with the customer. You see an empty pipeline and immediately want to build it. You hear an objection and want to understand what is really behind it.

On paper, we'd love to see

Experience selling cybersecurity, email security, threat intelligence, domain security, fraud prevention or MSP services would be a real advantage. Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN or value-based selling would also be valuable but we're just as interested in how you think, communicate and turn opportunities into customers.

But a perfect CV will not get you this job on its own. Technical capability, commercial instinct, attitude and hunger matter more.

How we work

This role is based in your own city where you'll take real ownership of your territory and build your own network in person. You'll need to be confident working independently, managing your own time and deciding where the best opportunities are without waiting for someone at head office to tell you what to do. We're building a technology company and a sales organisation at the same time and we believe people learn faster, build stronger relationships and close more business when they are genuinely out meeting the people they sell to.

You'll have direct access to the people building the product and support whenever you need it but we'll trust you to manage your own day, your territory and your opportunities.

Why join us

Real earning upside

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. Perform well and there is no ceiling on it.

Proper time off

20 days holiday on top of your local public holidays, because good work needs a rested brain.

Ground floor, real growth

Direct access to leadership, no layers to fight through and real opportunities to move into senior roles as we scale.

There is more to it than the numbers above. You will also:

As we grow we will need senior sales executives, team leaders, sales managers and commercial leaders, and we would much rather grow those people from inside the business than hire them in. Join now and strong performance can turn into real career progression, fast.

Is this actually for you?

To be straight with you about what this role isn't:

But if you want to learn complex technology, take on a big market, build your own pipeline, talk to serious decision-makers, negotiate, close, win and eventually point at a growing cybersecurity company and say "I helped build that", we want to hear from you.

How to apply

Message us on LinkedIn and tell us a little about yourself. We'd love to hear about the targets you've carried, the pipeline you've built and the deals you've closed whether technical or otherwise. Tell us what you're particularly good at and why Sender Registry caught your attention. Let us know what salary you're looking for too. Every message is read by us personally and we're genuinely looking forward to hearing from people who could become part of the team.

We do not use recruitment agencies or accept agency introductions for this role. Direct candidates only, please.
